Bookings that only happen in office hours
Customers decide at 11pm. If the only way to book is a phone call the next morning, a good number of them simply don't.
Home/Products/Salon Management
Complete management software for salons, spas and beauty parlours. Customers book themselves from a link you share, appointments land on your calendar, staff commission is calculated as you bill, and WhatsApp reminders and campaigns go out on their own. Multi-branch, in a browser, on any device.
Most salons run on a paper diary, a cash box and a WhatsApp broadcast list that somebody updates by hand. This replaces all three, and connects them: the booking creates the appointment, the appointment becomes the bill, the bill earns the staff their commission and the customer their points โ and the follow-up message writes itself.
Customers decide at 11pm. If the only way to book is a phone call the next morning, a good number of them simply don't.
Which stylist did what, at what rate, split how โ recalculated every month on a page, argued over, and never quite trusted by anyone.
Nobody notices a regular hasn't been in for three months, because nobody is counting. Winning them back needs a list, and the list needs to build itself.
Your own booking link โ no commission, no third party
A real calendar, on a phone as well as a desktop
Where the appointment becomes money โ and commission
Seven roles, and a permission grid you control
Three separate reasons for a customer to come back
Marketing that segments itself
The retail side, and the stock you use up
Real bookkeeping, in a salon system
The things salon owners notice in the first month.
A public link and a customer portal that belong to you โ instead of paying a marketplace for a booking from your own customer.
Two stylists on one service, divided by percentage ratio at the point of sale. Most systems can only credit one person per line.
Customers with no visit in 60+ days, segmented automatically โ the list a salon most needs and least often has.
Not one loyalty gimmick. Plans with their own discount rules, points earned and redeemed, and prepaid advance balance, working together on one bill.
Receipt, payment and journal vouchers with a debit-equals-credit check, a cash book, bank accounts and reconciliation โ inside a salon system.
Slots come from each stylist's working hours and leave calendar, so the calendar cannot offer a time nobody can work.
Product used on a client is deducted from stock without an invoice โ so your cost of service is real and your retail stock stays accurate.
Send a picture of the work or a short clip as the message itself, with a live preview before you commit.
Switch branch from the top bar and every screen follows โ sales, appointments, stock and staff.
Appointments, stylists, commission and retail โ the core case.
Longer treatments, room and therapist scheduling, memberships.
Fast walk-in billing plus a booking link for the regulars.
High-value multi-hour services with advance payments and wallet balances.
Branch switching with per-branch sales, stock and staff, under one login.
Small product catalogues with heavy internal consumption to track.
Yes. Your salon gets its own public booking link that you can share on Instagram, WhatsApp or a QR code at the counter. Customers pick a service, a stylist or "any staff", a real available slot, and enter their name and phone โ no account needed unless you switch that on. The booking appears on your calendar immediately with a bell notification, and a WhatsApp confirmation goes to the customer.
You set each staff member's commission as a percentage or a flat amount per service, and assign which services they're qualified for. At the point of sale you attach the stylist to each service on the bill โ and where two people shared a service, you split it between them by percentage. The staff report then shows services done, revenue generated and commission earned for any period.
Yes. WhatsApp reminders go out 24 hours before and again one to two hours before the appointment, with no action needed from your staff. Appointment confirmations, membership expiry warnings, birthday greetings and invoice receipts are also automatic once your WhatsApp connection is configured.
Yes. Add as many branches as you need, each with its own address, phone, timezone, working days and opening hours. A branch selector in the top bar filters every screen โ sales, appointments, stock and staff โ to the branch you're working in.
Both, and they work together. Membership plans have a duration, price, complimentary visits and your own discount rules โ all services, all products, a specific service percentage or a specific service at a fixed price โ and the discount applies automatically at billing. Loyalty points are earned on every bill and can be redeemed as a discount. Customers can also hold a prepaid wallet balance.
Yes. There's a separate consumption entry for internal use โ the product is deducted from stock without creating an invoice. That keeps your retail stock accurate and gives you an honest cost of service.
Proper accounts. There's a cash book with running balance, bank accounts with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and a reconciliation screen, and receipt, payment and journal vouchers โ with journal entries that won't save until debit equals credit. Plus profit & loss, cash flow, receivables and expense reports.
No. It runs in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone โ including the full point of sale, which has a sticky checkout bar on mobile so you can bill from anywhere in the salon. There's also a built-in searchable user manual, so new staff can find their own answers.
Book a free demo and we'll load a few of your services, take an online booking, bill it with a stylist attached and show you the commission โ in one sitting.
