We'll call you back within one working day to fix a time. The demo itself takes about 30–45 minutes and can be done on a call or at your premises.

About the demo
Is the demo really free?
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. We'd rather spend 45 minutes finding out we're not the right fit than sell you something that doesn't suit your business.
Do I need to come to your office?
No. Most demos are done remotely over a call with screen sharing. If you'd prefer, we can come to your premises — or you're welcome to visit us in DHA Phase 6.
Will you use my own data in the demo?
If you send a few of your real products, dishes, room types or plots beforehand, we'll set them up so you see the system working on numbers you recognise. It makes a big difference to how useful the demo is.
How long before we could go live?
For a single outlet with data ready in Excel, typically a few days. Multi-branch rollouts take longer and are usually done outlet by outlet so the business never stops trading. We'll give you a realistic timeline in writing before you commit.
What if none of your products fit my business?
Then we'll say so. We also take on custom development, so if there's a system worth building we'll discuss that instead — and if there isn't, we'll tell you that too.
