What it is

The diary, the till and the marketing โ€” finally in one place

Most salons run on a paper diary, a cash box and a WhatsApp broadcast list that somebody updates by hand. This replaces all three, and connects them: the booking creates the appointment, the appointment becomes the bill, the bill earns the staff their commission and the customer their points โ€” and the follow-up message writes itself.

Where salons lose money

Three things a paper diary can never tell you

๐Ÿ“ต

Bookings that only happen in office hours

Customers decide at 11pm. If the only way to book is a phone call the next morning, a good number of them simply don't.

โœ‚๏ธ

Commission worked out by hand

Which stylist did what, at what rate, split how โ€” recalculated every month on a page, argued over, and never quite trusted by anyone.

๐Ÿ‘ป

Customers who quietly stop coming

Nobody notices a regular hasn't been in for three months, because nobody is counting. Winning them back needs a list, and the list needs to build itself.

Core modules

What's inside

๐ŸŒ

Customer Booking Portal

Your own booking link โ€” no commission, no third party

  • A public booking URL you sharePut it in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status or a QR code at the counter โ€” customers book themselves, day or night.
  • Five simple stepsPick a service, choose a stylist (or "any staff"), pick from genuinely available slots, enter name and phone, confirm.
  • No login neededUnless you want one โ€” there's a "require login to book" switch if you'd rather.
  • Slots reflect realityAvailability comes from each staff member's working schedule and leave calendar, so you never get booked for a stylist who isn't in.
  • It lands on your calendar instantlyPlus a bell notification in the top bar and a WhatsApp confirmation to the customer.
  • Customer portalCustomers can see their upcoming appointments and contact any branch by WhatsApp or phone.
๐Ÿ“…

Appointments

A real calendar, on a phone as well as a desktop

  • Day, week and month viewsPlus a staff view with a column per stylist, so you can see the whole floor at once.
  • Drag and drop to rescheduleWith an automatic conflict check, so you physically cannot double-book a stylist.
  • Mobile layoutA date strip with the day's list underneath โ€” genuinely usable on a phone at the reception desk.
  • Guided bookingCustomer โ†’ service โ†’ qualified staff โ†’ date and time โ†’ confirm, with only staff trained on that service offered.
  • Full status workflowConfirm, start, complete, no-show, cancel or reschedule โ€” so your no-show rate becomes a number you can actually see.
  • Automatic remindersWhatsApp goes out 24 hours before and again an hour or two before โ€” the single cheapest way to cut no-shows.
๐Ÿงพ

Point of Sale

Where the appointment becomes money โ€” and commission

  • Search services and products togetherBy name or barcode, with duration and price shown as you pick โ€” services and retail on the same bill.
  • Attach staff to each serviceAssign the stylist who actually did the work โ€” and for a service two people shared, split it between them by percentage.
  • Commission calculated from thatWhich is why the staff report is trustworthy at month-end instead of contested.
  • Five payment modesCash with automatic change, card, online transfer, wallet from the customer's advance balance, or a split across several.
  • Discounts with approvalPercentage or flat amount, with manager approval where the discount is large.
  • Loyalty points redeemed at the tillPoints convert straight to a discount on the bill.
  • Membership discount applied automaticallyIf the customer has an active plan, the discount is applied and the plan name shown โ€” no one has to remember.
  • Partial paymentTake less than the total and the balance tracks itself in the customer's ledger.
  • Print or WhatsApp the receiptAn 80mm thermal print, or straight to the customer's phone.
  • Works on a phoneFull POS on mobile with a sticky checkout bar โ€” so you can bill from anywhere in the salon.

  • PayrollSalary runs built from the same data.

๐Ÿงด

Catalog, Inventory & Suppliers

The retail side, and the stock you use up

  • Services with duration and categoryBecause a 150-minute bridal and a 15-minute trim cannot occupy the same slot โ€” and the calendar needs to know.
  • Products with SKU and barcodeRetail price, cost price, brand and reorder level, with optional stock tracking per product.
  • Stock in, adjust and consumeReceive stock against a cost, correct after a physical count, and record what's used internally on clients โ€” deducted without creating an invoice.
  • Low stock and out of stock tabsWith total stock value, so reordering isn't a surprise.
  • Suppliers with purchase ordersRaise a PO, send it, then receive it โ€” stock increases automatically on receipt.

Salon Management โ€” Appointments

Salon Management โ€” Campaigns
Salon WhatsApp campaigns screen with total campaigns, scheduled, total sent and audience counts and a campaign list with promotional, event and win-back types
The audience builds itself. Promotional, Birthday, Win-back (nobody who hasn't visited in 60+ days gets missed), Membership and Event โ€” with sent, failed and scheduled counts on every campaign.

Salon Management โ€” Inventory
Salon inventory screen with total products, low stock, out of stock and total value cards and a product list with stock, threshold and cost
Stock in, adjust, or record consumption. Products used on clients are deducted without creating an invoice โ€” so your retail stock and your salon-use stock stay honest.

Salon built-in help and user manual with a searchable contents list covering every module
The manual is inside the software. Searchable, step by step, module by module โ€” so a new receptionist can find the answer without phoning anyone.
Key benefits

What actually changes at your salon

The things salon owners notice in the first month.

  • Bookings arrive while you're closed. Share one link and customers book themselves at midnight โ€” into slots that genuinely exist, based on each stylist's schedule and leave.
  • No-shows drop. Automatic WhatsApp reminders 24 hours and an hour before, with no one having to remember to send them.
  • Commission stops being an argument. The stylist is attached at the point of billing โ€” including split services โ€” so the month-end figure is a record, not a reconstruction.
  • Lapsed customers get chased automatically. A win-back campaign builds its own audience from everyone who hasn't visited in 60+ days.
  • Three ways to make them come back. Memberships with automatic discounts, loyalty points redeemable at the till, and a wallet balance they've already paid into.
  • You know which service actually earns. Profit & loss, cost of goods, top service and revenue by category โ€” not just a daily total.
  • Salon-use stock stops vanishing. Products consumed on clients are recorded separately from what you sell.
  • Staff only see their own part of it. A permission grid you edit yourself, down to whether a role can export.
  • Runs on the phone in your hand. Full POS, calendar and dashboard in a browser โ€” nothing to install, at any branch.
Why this one

What most salon software leaves out

1

Your own booking page, commission-free

A public link and a customer portal that belong to you โ€” instead of paying a marketplace for a booking from your own customer.

2

Split-service commission

Two stylists on one service, divided by percentage ratio at the point of sale. Most systems can only credit one person per line.

3

A win-back campaign that finds its own audience

Customers with no visit in 60+ days, segmented automatically โ€” the list a salon most needs and least often has.

4

Membership, loyalty and wallet โ€” all three

Not one loyalty gimmick. Plans with their own discount rules, points earned and redeemed, and prepaid advance balance, working together on one bill.

5

Real double-entry vouchers

Receipt, payment and journal vouchers with a debit-equals-credit check, a cash book, bank accounts and reconciliation โ€” inside a salon system.

6

Availability from real schedules

Slots come from each stylist's working hours and leave calendar, so the calendar cannot offer a time nobody can work.

7

Internal consumption tracked separately

Product used on a client is deducted from stock without an invoice โ€” so your cost of service is real and your retail stock stays accurate.

8

Campaigns with image and video

Send a picture of the work or a short clip as the message itself, with a live preview before you commit.

9

Genuinely multi-branch

Switch branch from the top bar and every screen follows โ€” sales, appointments, stock and staff.

FAQ

Salon owners ask us this

Can customers book online themselves?

Yes. Your salon gets its own public booking link that you can share on Instagram, WhatsApp or a QR code at the counter. Customers pick a service, a stylist or "any staff", a real available slot, and enter their name and phone โ€” no account needed unless you switch that on. The booking appears on your calendar immediately with a bell notification, and a WhatsApp confirmation goes to the customer.

How is staff commission calculated?

You set each staff member's commission as a percentage or a flat amount per service, and assign which services they're qualified for. At the point of sale you attach the stylist to each service on the bill โ€” and where two people shared a service, you split it between them by percentage. The staff report then shows services done, revenue generated and commission earned for any period.

Does it send appointment reminders automatically?

Yes. WhatsApp reminders go out 24 hours before and again one to two hours before the appointment, with no action needed from your staff. Appointment confirmations, membership expiry warnings, birthday greetings and invoice receipts are also automatic once your WhatsApp connection is configured.

Can we run more than one branch?

Yes. Add as many branches as you need, each with its own address, phone, timezone, working days and opening hours. A branch selector in the top bar filters every screen โ€” sales, appointments, stock and staff โ€” to the branch you're working in.

Can we sell memberships and run a loyalty scheme?

Both, and they work together. Membership plans have a duration, price, complimentary visits and your own discount rules โ€” all services, all products, a specific service percentage or a specific service at a fixed price โ€” and the discount applies automatically at billing. Loyalty points are earned on every bill and can be redeemed as a discount. Customers can also hold a prepaid wallet balance.

Can we track products we use on clients, not just what we sell?

Yes. There's a separate consumption entry for internal use โ€” the product is deducted from stock without creating an invoice. That keeps your retail stock accurate and gives you an honest cost of service.

Does it do proper accounts, or just sales?

Proper accounts. There's a cash book with running balance, bank accounts with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and a reconciliation screen, and receipt, payment and journal vouchers โ€” with journal entries that won't save until debit equals credit. Plus profit & loss, cash flow, receivables and expense reports.

Do we need to install anything?

No. It runs in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone โ€” including the full point of sale, which has a sticky checkout bar on mobile so you can bill from anywhere in the salon. There's also a built-in searchable user manual, so new staff can find their own answers.

See it running on your own service list.

Book a free demo and we'll load a few of your services, take an online booking, bill it with a stylist attached and show you the commission โ€” in one sitting.
