This page explains what happens to your information when you use esasoftpk.com. It is written plainly and describes what the site actually does — not a longer list of things that might apply to somebody else.

ESASOFT is a software house based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build point-of-sale, ERP and management software.

What we collect, and only when you send it
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not track you around the site. The only information we collect is what you type into the demo request form on our contact page:
- Your name and mobile number (required, so we can call you back)
- Your business name, city and email address (optional)
- Which product you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your setup
If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead, we will have whatever you tell us in that conversation and the number you called from.
What we do with it
We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and answer questions about our software. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, it is sent to us as an email. It is not stored in a database on this website. It sits in our email inbox, like any other message someone sends us.
The email is delivered through our own mail server. The website itself is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers keep the usual technical access records (IP addresses, page requests, timestamps) that any web server keeps in order to run and stay secure.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox while there is a reason to keep them — usually while we are talking to you, and afterwards as a record of the conversation. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, ask us and we will.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics or advertising pixel on it.
WordPress and our caching software may set functional cookies needed to serve pages correctly, and if you submit the contact form, Contact Form 7 may set a short-lived cookie to prevent duplicate submissions. Nothing here is used to build a profile of you.
Other companies
Two things on this site involve someone else:
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page is embedded from Google. It only loads if you scroll down to it, and when it does, Google receives the request. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that.
- WhatsApp, Facebook and TikTok — our buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is shared until you click one and go to their app or site, where their own policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or WhatsApp +92 321 4510041, or use the contact form, and we will deal with it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you send through the form is encrypted in transit. We keep the site and its software updated. No website can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously — it is, after all, what we do for a living.
Children
This site sells business software and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
